Sydney Gymnastics Centre

Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatic Centre runs 4 competitive disciplines (ACR, TRP, MAG and WAG / WAG ELITE) as well as Gymnastics for All, KinderGym, Inclusion Programs and School Programs. KinderGym remains a key focus at SGAC bringing in as many young athletes into the sport to ensure a positive growth in the club as well as the Gymnastics community. SGAC work hand in hand with the RHR Group, cross promoting KG with concerts and shows for Children through promotion with Playschool and Hi5.

Gymsports:  Acrobatic Gymnastics, Men's Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics and/or Tumbling, Women's Gymnastics, Kindergym, Gymnastics for All - Primary Age, Teen, Adult

Community

Contribution to Gymnastics: SGAC continue to work hard on training up Junior athletes to coaches and Judges. Where possible SGAC enforce presence at competitions and to be part of committees within the Gymnastics community.  Acrobatic coach Rebecca is the NSW Acrobtaic technical Director, and Level Coordinator Anthony is the NSW Men's Squad coordinator. 

Development Activities:
 SGAC conduct internal workshops for current staff. The RHR Group enforce training such as Bullying and Harassment, Customer Service, Dealing with customer complaints, E-learning programs etc. All training is paid for by SGAC. Currently run adult Disability groups in partnership with the AFFROD Group, and also run Special Needs Ability Program (SNAP) for 1-6yrs. Currently been approved as an NDIS provider which will we advertise and promote in 2018     

Competition results: SGAC has produced many great results this year across all disciplines with Acrobatics dominating on both the national and internaltional stage. Further in depth results can be founds on the GNSW/GA website.
