HR Support

Gymnastics NSW is pleased to announce an exciting NEW member benefit for all Affiliated Clubs. Gymnastics NSW has partnered with HR Plus to provide gymnastics clubs with Human Resource support and consultation to ensure that they are aware, understand and comply with HR requirements.

Clubs will have access to email and phone support to assist them with HR matters concerning their club.

The partnership will see clubs able to access the following benefits:

Member Club Phone & Email Support  

HR Plus will provide support to GNSW and member clubs including:

  • Unlimited confidential phone and email advisory and support services during business hours covering any facet of HR including: Provision of Modern Awards and award updates
    • Hiring staff
    • Employment contracts
    • Staffing challenges i.e. managing performance, underperformance, bullying, harassment, EEO, staff complaints
    • Terminating staff
    • Redundancy
    • Compliance with employment legislation, Modern Awards and conditions of employment
    • Advice regarding unfair dismissal, adverse action, bullying complaints, underpayment of wages complaints and workers compensation claims

Gymnastics Industry Support

 In order to build gymnastics industry HR skills and capability, HR Plus will develop a range of support materials, employment policies, templates, wage calculations, and checklists for Gymnastics NSW clubs.
