My primary motivation for nominating to the Board is to guide strategies to make our sport more accessible to all communities through NSW and to develop fun team-based lighter competitive programs to bridge the gap between recreational and elite athletes.

I believe I can contribute to future direction, growth and position of gymnastics as the leading provider of foundation movement in sport, recreation and leisure pursuits in our community.

My industry knowledge, business acumen, experience in combining risk and governance with community minded organisational strategic outcomes will greatly assist the Gymnastics NSW board to look at practical and meaningful ways take the next step forward in its ability to assist its members and clubs to grow, to expand its reach into the future and which in turn will increase the participation base exponentially.
